There is blind luck, and then there is dumb luck.  The worst case of bad luck struck world #1 Dustin Johnson on the eve of the 2017 Masters as he slipped and feel down a small flight of stairs and is questionable for play on Thursday.  A statement released by his manager David Winkle states that Johnson has fallen down a flight of stairs at his Augusta rental home sustaining injuries that are unknown at this time.

“He landed very hard on his lower back and is now resting, although quite uncomfortably.  He has been advised to remain immobile and begin a regiment of anti-inflammatory medication and icing, with the hope of being able to play tomorrow.”
For Dustin, his fans or anyone who took him in their Masters Pool, let’s hope he is alright and can play through it this week!
